세계복음선교연합회를 소개합니다
세계복음선교연합회(WEMA)는 지역교회 상호 발전을 도모하고, 세계 선교에 공동협력함을 목적으로 1987년 설립되었습니다.
본 연합회는 선교를 지상최대의 사명으로 삼는 국제선교 협력기관으로서 LA동양선교교회에서 태동하여 여러 교회와 기관으로 이루어진 선교 연합체입니다.
본 연합회는 교회와 교육기관, 선교센터를 포함하여 여러 회원교회와 기관으로 구성되어 있습니다.
북미주(미국, 캐나다), 중남미(멕시코, 코스타리카, 온두라스), 남미(브라질, 아르헨티나, 파라과이), 유럽(독일, 이탈리아, 체코, 러시아, 알바니아), 중동(이스라엘, 튀르키예, 파키스탄, 카자흐스탄) 오세아니아(호주, 뉴질랜드, 파푸아뉴기니), 아시아(한국, 중국, 일본, 태국, 몽고, 인도네시아, 베트남, 네팔), 아프리카(남아공, 우간다, 가나, 기니, 카메룬, 케냐) 등에 걸쳐 여러 교회가 함께 연합하여 사역하고 있습니다.
또한 러시아, 중국, 체코, 튀르키예, 이스라엘, 파키스탄, 네팔, 카자흐스탄, 아프카니스탄, 인도네시아, 몽골, 태국, 베트남, 일본, 쿠바, 케냐, 남아공 등지에서 사역하시는 선교사님들과 협력하고, 여러 국가에 신학교(미국, 러시아, 파라과이, 콜롬비아, 남아프리카공화국)와 선교센터와도 협력하고 있습니다.
2025년까지 231명이 WEMA를 통해 안수를 받고 목회(미주지역, 캐나다, 브라질, 콜롬비아, 에콰도르, 코스타리카, 멕시코, 중국, 인도, 일본, 한국), 선교(중국, 러시아, 체코, 터키, 인도네시아, 베트남, 아프리카 가나 남아프리카공화국), 교육계에서 사역하고 있습니다.

World Evangelical Missionary Association (WEMA) was established in 1987 with the purpose of promoting mutual growth among local churches and cooperating in the advancement of world missions.
WEMA is an international missionary coalition that regards mission work as the greatest commission on earth. It was birthed at the Oriental Mission Church in Los Angeles and has since grown into a global network composed of churches and mission organizations.
The association consists of member churches, educational institutions, and mission centers.
WEMA-affiliated churches are spread throughout the world, including:
North America: United States, Canada
Central and South America: Mexico, Costa Rica, Honduras, Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay
Europe: Germany, Italy, Czech Republic, Russia, Albania
Middle East: Israel, Türkiye, Pakistan, Kazakhstan
Oceania: Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea
Asia: South Korea, China, Japan, Thailand, Mongolia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Nepal
Africa: South Africa, Uganda, Ghana, Guinea, Cameroon, Kenya
WEMA works in active partnership with missionaries serving in countries such as Russia, China, the Czech Republic, Türkiye, Israel, Pakistan, Nepal, Kazakhstan, Afghanistan, Indonesia, Mongolia, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, Cuba, Kenya, and South Africa. The association also collaborates with seminaries and mission centers in various nations, including the United States, Russia, Paraguay, Colombia, and South Africa.
As of 2025, a total of 231 individuals have been ordained through WEMA, now serving in pastoral ministry (in North America, Canada, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Mexico, China, India, Japan, and Korea), missionary work (in China, Russia, Czech Republic, Türkiye, Indonesia, Vietnam, Ghana, and South Africa), and Christian education.
